Will it wake a client who has fallen asleep?
No. SILNS is silent by default — no chime at the end, no buzz, no notification. A client who has drifted off stays asleep until you wake them. There is an optional tone you can switch on for a particular timer, and it stays off until you do.
Can the client see how long is left?
Only if you want them to. Of the three ways a session can be shown, two — a ring unwinding and the SILNS mark losing a spoke at a time — do not read as a countdown to somebody who has not been told what they are.
Can I set up a full day of treatments?
Yes. A sequence is a day of sessions in the order they run — 60, then 90, then 30 — set up before the first client arrives. It can wait to be tapped through between clients, which is the time it takes to change the sheets.
Do I have to install anything?
No. SILNS runs in the browser you already have. On a phone or tablet you can add it to the home screen, and then it opens full screen like an app, straight to your timers.
Does it work without wifi?
Yes. Once SILNS is open the timer runs on the device itself, so a connection dropping mid-treatment changes nothing. It also survives the screen locking or the page reloading.
Can I get a refund?
